Over the past three years, our team has proudly partnered with the Daniel Morcombe Foundation to deliver The Red Ball, one of the Gold Coast’s most recognised fundraising gala events. Bringing together approximately 350 guests each year, The Red Ball serves as an important platform to raise awareness, celebrate community support and generate critical funds for the Foundation’s ongoing work protecting children and young people.
As a leading event planner and event management company on the Gold Coast, Event Society was engaged to provide full event planning and event management services, overseeing every aspect of the guest experience from concept development through to event delivery.

For The Red Ball, our role included event planning, event styling and management, supplier coordination, venue liaison, run sheet development, entertainment management, production oversight and on-site delivery. Working closely with the Daniel Morcombe Foundation and major event supporter Total Property Group, we helped create an event environment that encouraged generosity while ensuring guests enjoyed a memorable and meaningful evening.
