Not among the least of these, is the incredible apartments SPG Land have planned in Paradise Found, situated in the highly sought-after location, of Surfers Paradise. A first of its kind Gold Coast oceanside neighbourhood where avant-garde and serenity intertwine . Who wouldn’t want to live here?
We knew that the calibre of an event planned for SPG Land would have to reflect its quiet elegance and effortless class. And so, we did just that. To celebrate the launch of Paradiso Place – state-of-the-art sales gallery, we produced a sophisticated affair on the sunny coastal line of the Gold Coasts, Surfers Paradise.

This launch event had to reflect everything that Paradiso Place would be.
Breathtaking dried floral arrangements matched flawless marble furnishings and accentuated the natural beauty of the architecture of the room. Gold accents were interspersed throughout, creating a utopian cosmopolitan feel. A muted-tone colour scheme was delivered to enhance the gentle sophistication of the gallery.
This launch was already set a cut above what you’d expect from a high-end corporate event. A string quartet serenaded guests at the entrance of the venue and champagne was offered upon arrival. A featured menu from one of the world’s leading Chefs Luke Nguyen was prepared to perfection. A delectable selection of canapes including Queensland Spanner Crab served with Green Mango and Hand-dived scallops with XO butter were just two of the exquisite epicurean experiences available to indulge in and were paired with signature cocktails to match.
The luxury of this affair didn’t stop at the signature culinary experience. A welcome to country and traditional smoking ceremony was presented by traditional custodians of the land. A dried floral arrangement overflowed from baby grand piano like a waterfall of colour, whilst a talented songstress performed soothing background music and ribbon ballerinas choreographed with a dramatic Kabuki drop to reveal the scale model of Paradiso Place. The entertainment line up coupled with exquisite styling elevated this event to a truly indulgent celebration akin to that of an immersive art exhibition.
